Toni's missions are available after completing Joey Leone's mission "Cipriani's Chauffer".
Taking Out The Laundry
After asking nicely for the overdue protection money didn't work, Toni has devised a plan: destroying their vans. 8-Ball has supplies to help you on your little quest. Head over there if you haven't got Grenades because the easiest way is to park in front of them, toss the Grenade where it's certain to set fire to it, and that will destroy it. Just do that another two times and you earn $10 000 and some left-over Grenades.
The Pick-Up
Toni leaves you a note saying there's no need for a Plan C: they agreed to pay up. The Triads are way far off from happy and so they will probably try an ambush to any Leone who attempts to collect it. And when you get down there, that's exactly what they do. You must fight off these idiots and some will drop extra Pistol ammo. There's another standing near a fish van and so finish him off and take the money back to Toni to get a cut of $10 000.
The Triads would be hostile if you didn't complete El Burro's mission "Trial By Fire".
