El Burro's missions can be activated at any time and has four missions that can be done straight away. The place to activate his missions are at the ringing payphone at Hepburn Heights where you picked up Misty.
Before starting this mission, steal the parked Banshee inside Easy Credit Autos. You'll need it!
Turismo
El Burro introduces himself and says you are new but gaining a reputation on the streets. He spills what he wants to say - there's a street race starting at the Old School Hall near the Callahan bridge. It goes through Trenton, into Atlantic Quays and Callahan Point, through Chinatown, and then Saint Marks into Harwood, through Hepburn Heights and the Red Light District, back into Chinatown and then back over to the finish line, and the first one to cross it win the prize money. If you got that Banshee, head to the start line. At the first corner, there will be a pile-up between the other racers, so you use that to your advantage. Make sure you don't miss any checkpoints, and if a racer tries to go past you, just P.I.T his sorry ass. When you go through the last checkpoint, it's $10 000.
I Scream, You Scream
A gang has told El Burro they will permanently remove his "starring member " of his "exotic entertainment business" unless they get some green. They caught El Burro on a bad day because now he knows what their child-like weakness is - ice cream. El Burro has stashed a briefcase on Harwood. There's a Ice Cream Van on it's rounds, you will have to do that and lead them to their doom with the "jeengle-jeengle". Well, that explains it. If you completed the Taxi Mission, the briefcase will behind the Borgnine Taxi. Head to jack the Ice Cream Truck (or Mr Whoopee) and take the van down and activate the horn. Chances are that you don't have this for the Import/Export Garage, so activate the horn, and shoot them dead and take their weapons. The bomb will be deactivated so you can deliver it to the Import/Export Garage. The reward is a quality $6000.
Trial By Fire
Some Triads stole El Burro's car with his "donkey memo" in the trunk, wrecked it and left it to burn all through the day and night. He's really angry and he has hid a "throbbing weapon" in Chinatown. You have to pick it up and leave the Triads to get fryed. This "throbbing weapon" that is spoken of is the Flamethrower (guess you knew since I said "fryed"). It's like a rampage, except there's more civilians than Triads. Head to the courts and bake all of that pack and you will get a $10 000 bonus. You will have to find some more until you complete this mission, giving you $10 000.
The Triads are now hostile - meaning that they'll shoot at you (try to kill you).
Big 'N' Veiny
A SPANK-ed up idiot has stolen a van full of El Burro's "tastefully produced adult literiture". He left the rear doors open and spilled them around Portland. You will have to collect these mags that will lead to the idiot, kill him and take it to it's sole destination - XXX Mags, which is not far away from Luigi's club. The mags go through Harwood, into Saint Marks, they will eventually lead to the SPANK-ed up idiot in the Portland Harbor. If you manage to collect them all, you get a cushty $10 000 bonus. Kill this moron and take the van to XXX Mags where you receive $20 000 and completion of El Burro's missions.
You will hear the phone is still ringing at El Burro's place. This is another shot at the "Turismo" mission to beat your best time. You don't have to do it: it's just a little bit of fun.
