Luigi Goterelli can be found as an L on the radar. He has four missions (actually five if you count the Opening Mission), all of which can be done straight away.
Don't SPANK Ma Bitch Up!
Luigi is not in, but his bodyguard gives you a letter. It says that there's a new high on the street, goes by the name of SPANK. Some dealer has been selling it at the Harbor, and Luigi is frightened that his girls have been spending their 'business money' on that stuff. To be safe, you have to kill him, take his car, re-spray it so no-one recognizes it and deliver it to Luigi's lock-up.
So pick up the bat and head over to the Harbour to kill this guy. You can simply use your car to kill him, and it doesn't matter if you kill the hookers, it turns out that they are not Luigi's. Take the car to the Pay 'N' Spray. It is free to re-spray the car, but next time it will cost a pricey $1000. Take the car to the lock-up and that completes the mission, earning you $4000.
Drive Misty For Me
Remember Misty, that hot broad you picked up from the clinic? The Don's Son, Joey Leone, wants action with her since she's his usual. You will have to pick her up at Hepburn Heights and take her over to Joey's Autos garage in Trenton. Get a car and head over to her apartment. To sound the horn, the easiest button is Left Shift (L-Shift, next to the slash button with a question mark at the top of it). Drive over to Joey's Garage and you earn an easy $1000 and you unlock Joey as your crime boss. We will do his missions after Luigi's missions.
You may hear a phone ringing outside the Bitch 'n Dog Food factory between 09:00 and 19:00. That is Marty Chonks, the owner of the business who's got himself in a whole heap of trouble. We will do his missions after Joey's missions.
Before starting the next mission, get a strong vehicle ready and save.
Pump-Action Pimp
Luigi has got intelligence that suggests a Diablo has been driving a rival pimp around and taking money off Luigi's girls, and worst of all it's right under his nose. You will have to kill both of them. There is a Pistol at Ammu-Nation in the backyard, so pick that up. If you got a strong vehicle, ram into the back of them and get behind it. The Pimp has a powerful weapon (a Shotgun) and the Diablo has an Uzi. Chances are the pimp will shoot twice, making the vehicle explode thus killing both of them, earning $4000 and also the Pistol is available to buy at Ammu-Nation for $250 a go. Take the Pimp's shotgun and the Diablo's Uzi.
Get a fast four door vehicle before starting this mission.
The Fuzz Ball
Luigi's final mission. The Policeman's Ball is at full swing at the Old School Hall near the Callahan Bridge. The Fuzz will want to see some girls, and Luigi's girls are scattered all around Portland. You have five minutes to get as many hookers of Luigi's as you can before the Cops spend their spare change on drinks rather than ass. If there is less than four girls working, Luigi won't be happy at all. If one hooker gets killed, it ends the mission, so be careful there.
The first girl is near the Taxi rank in Harwood, so pick her up and quickly head over to the crusher to pick up the next one. The next one is near the Restaurant, so pick her up. Your car has no space so drop them off. Head to Saint Marks again and then to the entrance of Portland Harbour. The next one is next to the Portland Indrustrial Estate sign. Again the car is full so drop them off. You can do this mission if you have 90 seconds or more (that's one minute 30 seconds). You've been guarenteed completion of this mission.
The next one is next to one of the entrances to the Chinatown Plaza. The last one is near the Dual Carriageway so pick her up and drop them off. The reward varies. Four girls gets you $2000, 5 girls are $2500, 6 girls are $3000, 7 girls are $3500, all the girls are $4000 plus a $2000 bonus, giving you $6000, so really $500 per girl.
That is the end of Luigi's missions.
